Cancellation and Refund Policy
General Policy
Advance Notice: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure will incur a cancellation fee, typically a percentage of the booking amount.
No Show: No refunds will be given for no-shows or missed departures.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling Requests: Requests to reschedule a booking must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure may not be accommodated, and standard cancellation fees will apply.
Weather and Operational Changes
Weather Cancellations: If a cruise is canceled by the operator due to adverse weather conditions, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Operational Changes: If a cruise is canceled or significantly altered by the operator for operational reasons, guests will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Refund Process
Refund Request: Guests must contact the booking office or customer service to request a refund. Refunds will be processed within a specified time frame (e.g., 7-14 business days).
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If this is not possible, an alternative method will be arranged with the guest.
Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies: In the case of a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, the operator may waive the cancellation fee at their discretion. Documentation may be required.
Group Bookings: Special cancellation and refund policies may apply to group bookings. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
Non-Refundable Items
Third-Party Services: Any additional services booked through third-party providers (e.g., transportation, accommodation) are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective providers.
Processing Fees: Any non-refundable processing fees or charges applied at the time of booking will not be refunded.
